HR Manager 

The HR Manager is a stand-alone role. The ideal candidate will have broad generalist experience
within an SME and be willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into anything required of HR. This
role will also work with senior management to understand business goals and challenges and
develop HR strategies that align with the company’s strategic objectives, including inclusion, talent
acquisition, workforce planning, and organisational development. We are looking for someone
passionate about diversity, inclusion and belonging, employee wellbeing and sustainability and an
ability to translate HR practices into business results.
