Accountability Charter
Our Accountability Charter grows year-on-year, strengthening collective action and impact across the team.
We have taken the decision to move from an annual to a biennial cycle, integrating the Charter more closely with our wider People & Culture Strategy, which we have been developing over the past months. In order to ensure full alignment between the two, we chose to finalise the Strategy before updating the Charter. Conversations are actively ongoing and we expect to publish our new 2026 Accountability Charter within the coming months.
